Located in a 1930's Denver neighborhood, this new Italian revival home has a strong Denver twist. Barrel tile roof's large overhangs are supported by large timber brackets. Tile imbedded in stucco provides a simple but fun ornament. Arch top doors provide lots of light. Traditional precast entry and trim is durable for Denver's climate.
