Todd
Remington's design approved by Denver's Landmarks Commission included
saving the historic exterior walls of the front (west), south and north
elevations. The entire back and most of the interior was removed and replaced.
In essence this is a new home with an historic facade.

at Top: The dramatic new front elevation.

Lower Left: It's
hard to believe this was how the home looked prior to renovation.

Lower Center: The
home's back. Notice the octagonal bump out in the back is the eating area
off the kitchen.

Lower Right: The interior is
full of traditional detailing as can be seen in this photo of the upper
stair landing. |
