Real estate pressures in many urban areas, including Denver's traditional
Hilltop neighborhood, have encouraged developers to explore infill projects.
This approach is environmentally sound in that it reuses the existing
infrastructure and does not gobble up more undeveloped land. The main
problem for the existing neighborhood is how to maintain and enhance the
traditional character that makes the area desireable in the first place.
This project is a classic example of Todd Remington's ability to design
a sensitive infill project.
